        Serriously… How can a Company seem to have this kind of dispatch problems and still exist, and beyond belif that its actually endorsed by a apparently self respecting Review site like this?? I mean its like EVERY single post is the same here. Yesterday they prmoised me theyll sent it THIS morning.. which has obicoulsy not happened. I run two Companes myself and this is by any measure unacceptal. I am actaully considering to write to their suppliers and let them know how they abuse their trademarks by association. Alex…how the H*ll can you stand by this?? Even if they arent a complete scam per se, the result is the same. DO you need this kind of Bad vibrations created by a third party to your loyal customers?     Howdy. So, just like everyone else. I am trying to find any and all information about ecl. What I really want to know is if they still take PP. Their site says they “support PayPal”. But when you create an account and setup payment options, or go to checkout. Your directed to DHpay to finish your checkout process. I understand that it’s the Chinese version of PayPal. But how can I trust it? Anyone else here make any purchases through DHpay? I saw below that someone was getting a refund through PP. I would much prefer to send money via PP, on account of PP’S buyer’s protection.

    Hello.
    I placed an order on November 13 for the crown tank and the troll rda. I paid through Pay Pal. I never received confirmation for the order or a tracking number.
    And the total amount is $40.87.
    I sent an email asking for confirmation and a tracking number but didn’t receive a response yet. Is this normal to take this long to respond or send a tracking number?

    Careful… Very shady company.. Just spent 100+ and they can barely reply to my emails. I paid 24.99 for “3-5” day shipping, and it was placed on tuesday 7pm est. Estimated delivery “might” be the 24th, which is 8 days from the 16th. If I’m paying 25$ for just shipping, it best take the amount of time promised to get here. they say 48 hours to ship, fine, that’s still only 7 days at the highest. On top of that, they have yet to reply to my latest email regarding this. If you can’t keep a timeline, don’t charge people stupid amounts for expedited shipping.

        Hi Roy, may I have your order number on this? I checked for one order which I thought might be your order and it arrived US and was signed on 23rd Nov. (tracking is DHL 3809194922). We works hardly to make sure every package to be sent out safely and on time. And we works with those best logistic companies: DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.

        Regarding the delivery time “3-5” days which may be confusing, it does work when DHL is NOT that busy. Now is the busy season for DHL, so the delivery time is a bit longer. And we’ve updated the texts for shipping time. DHL shipment will be 5~7 days normally.

    They got me. Ordered aspire triton tank with replacement coils due to it being linked to this site. They only sent me the replacement coils and refuse to refund me as they claimed they shipped the tank to me. Very shady. Vaping360, vet your venders better, your readers are getting screwed,

      Hi Fern, we arranged the shipment soon after you placed the order but sadly it got stuck and the logistic company told us it may be the peak season issue or the custom clearance issue. The shipment goes through the Post Office system from China by Air to US and it then goes through USPS for delivery. There may be some issue for the delivery date sometimes (NOT high though).

      For your case, I’ve checked and it is still being stuck, we’ll refund your order and try to ask the Post Office to get the package back. Hope you could understand.

          I was not only try to calm you down, I replied your email after contacting carrier men on our side. Personally I knew the status of your order as you did because we all tracked it through the USPS site. But when I found it was stuck on 1st Dec. I contacted the carrier men directly. What I said in my emails was what the carrier men told me. It’s all about truth.

      “We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.” The “we” here means usps carrier men, and the “originating post” means the Post office in China. Due to black friday and christmas season, there’re some delay on delivery as well as updating the tracking info. I think your package has already arrived in USA, they didn’t update the site on time. Don’t worry, Robert. You’ll recieve the package soon.

    I really like your informative site. But endorsing ecigarette lobby is a mistake.
    I placed a very urgent order with them (Order: 165476954) a combo pack of smok x cube and tfv4. I paid for courier express and the products are listed as “In stock”. Now three days later they have not even dispatched it as the order status says “processing”, they don’t even respond to my mails and I tried all their channels. I paid to PayPal and the money does not go to ecigarette lobby but a private individual. I am deeply disappointed since I acted on your review to give them a chance. 🙁 this has cost me approx. 190 USD. Thanks for endorsing scams 360vaping 🙁 I am so angry at my self that I did not scroll down to the ACTUAL REVIEWS below before ordering. Horrific reading, and you Still associate with this Garbage!? Great work on deteriorating your own brand And my wallet by association:(

Now that I have actually read all posts below I am flabbergasted that you still even have a positive review on them. You can’t say “we have had good experiences with them”.       Hi Ansu, sorry to know that. I’ve checked with the team and they told me that they wanted to check if you could clear the custom yourself as your package is an international shipment. For some of the country, there may be custom issue for ecigarette package.

      Before we proceed for any shipment we need to make sure you can get the package safety. The Xcube 2 and TFV 4 are in stock and if you confirm that you can clear the custom we’ll ship your order immediately. If not, I’d recommend we do you a refund immediately as well.

        My reply was that clearing will not be a problem Gambia is a liberal country and I have ordered similar products sent by courier before.
        But either way, in case there would be any problem I will carry any return cost. I obviously believe firmly what I write since I have put my own money on the line.

    Ordered a smy 170 tc MOD, two batteries and a Herakles plus tank from them for $100 was a lil apprehensive since I’ve read mixed review after 3 days I emailed them asking about my order got a reply the next day within 24 hrs promising it would ship the next day, they followed thru and everything came to me within a week, very happy with their service and got all of my things undamaged and was very satisfied would buy from them again if I’m ever looking for another MOD or tank.

    How long is the website going to be down? I am still waiting to place my order of 200+ for products and the site has been down for a couple days now. I can only imagine this does not look good especially on their ordering system. I bought a couple things a few months ago including the Uwell Black Crown, and had great service with them.
