Hooloo E-liquid Intro
With all these e-liquids out there, it is getting harder and harder to keep up. Flavor descriptions become highly repetitive and it seems like we have seen it all. For this reason, we are going to do something a little bit different. Forget about the actual flavors, think about your favorite e-liquid. How does it make you feel?
That is the important question to ask. Today we are going to take a look at a line of e-liquids from a company called Hooloo. The bright orange bottles are already getting me excited, I can’t wait to rip the plastic off and get this show on the road…. Are you ready for a full day of fruitiness? I think I am.

Hooloo e-liquid is available on their website and costs $16.95 for a 30mL bottle. Their bottles are both GCC and TPD compliant and are made in an ISO 8 lab. Hooloo comes from California, which is essentially the e-liquid capital of the world.
For this review, I used the Goon 24mm RDA on top of the SOI Shorty Mechanical Mod with a dual coil build ohming out to about .2 using five spaced wraps of SS316 wire.
Our e-liquid review
Banana bomb is probably my favorite of the line. It is a banana nut bread, that is sweet and creamy with a tinge of spice. The cinnamon adds a nice complexity to what would otherwise be a very basic flavor. There is not much to say about this one, if you like bananas, then go with Banana bomb.
One of my favorite fruit combinations has always been banana and strawberry. Hooloo did a pretty good job at capturing the essence of these fruits with Straw-Nana. If you like fresh strawberries mixed with sweet bananas then you are probably gonna love this stuff. It tastes just like a strawberry banana smoothie.
When you are vaping on so many fruit flavors, it can all become a big blur at some point. This flavor took me by surprise because the pear has an icy flavor to it, without being minty. That is complimented by bilberry, which is a rather unique combination. Pear Berry is for people who like pear with a tinge of coolness combined with a blast of berry complexity. This is a unique flavor, and doesn’t really taste like many other juices I have tried. It is not for everyone, but for those who like icy pears mixed with berries, this is for you.
This e-liquid brings a little bit of tropical flavor to the mix by combining sweet guava with tangy apricot. Apricot is a rare flavor to find in an e-liquid, probably because it is hard to replicate but Hooloo did a pretty good job at recreating it. Finally, the sweet and tangy guava compliments the apricot goodness quite nicely. This is the perfect e-liquid for tropical fruit and apricot lovers.
If you like sweet gummy candies then you might like this flavor. It tastes like a handful of gummy bears, so you can actually taste the assortment of colors. I feel like it was a little bit too many flavors going on at once, and for that reason I was not a fan of this one. Don’t get me wrong, I do like gummy bears but this one just didn’t do it for me. If you like the taste of a mouthful of assorted gummy bears, then you might enjoy this e-liquid.
I am not a big fan of kiwi or melon e-liquids so I wasn’t expecting to like this juice at all, but much to my surprise, it actually works for me. Kiwi Melon is refreshing and unique, making it one of my favorites in the entire Hooloo fruit line, believe it or not. The kiwi gives it a sweet tangy inhale, while the melon balances it out with cool, smooth notes of melon on the exhale.
If you are new to vaping or just feeling overwhelmed by all of the overly complex and pretentious e-liquid descriptions, and you just want simple and unique fruity flavors, then give Hooloo a shot. Each flavor falls somewhere in between fresh fruit and artificial candy flavoring.
No issues with quality, packaging was on point and everything tasted completely clean. Unfortunately this juice was sent to me in 0mg so I did not get to test out what type of nicotine they use, but if the quality is on par with the rest of the product, then it is probably top notch. Have you tried Hooloo yet? What did YOU think?
