Just before releasing the RX300, Wismec and Jaybo decided to roll out another little surprise for the end of 2016: The Reuleaux Mini!
The RXmini is essentially a scaled-down, 80W version of the RX200, with a built-in battery. It does temp control, bypass mode and all that jazz….
I’m a big fan of my miniature-style mods like the Trinity, Target Mini or the classic Mini Volt. The only issue with these mods is that they don’t go past 40W. The RXmini allows you to vape at a normal wattage, and get about the same amount of battery life you would get from an 18650.

How much and where?
The Reauleaux mini is going for $39.99 right now at VaporDNA.com
What’s so cool about the RXmini?
The main selling points of this device are going to be the size and portability factor, coupled with its 2100mAh battery life and capabilities of reaching 80W. It also looks just like a mini version of the RX200, which was easily one of the most popular mods ever created, so there’s that.
I can already tell you right now that it isn’t going to get you through a full day of vaping, if you are using it at, or anywhere close to 80W. However, with a higher resistance coil, you’ll probably be rocking and rolling for over a day with that thing, so there’s a reason to switch to MTL vaping.
This little guy also does temperature control with nickel, titanium, stainless steel and has custom TCR modes. In addition to that, it has a bypass mode, so it can perform like a mechanical mod. It basically does it all, and has the battery life and power of a single 18650 mod. Very cool stuff.
Please don’t ask me how to pronounce this. The “roox”? Anyways, it looks like a great and versatile 22mm tank. There is a kit available that comes with the Reux Mini and the Rxmini together. The tank takes premade coil-heads and has a rebuildable option with multiple decks.
It is supposed to be the perfect tank for the Rxmini, but I’m sure it works great on most mods.
Other notable features
The RXmini charges using a micro-USB cable, which is pretty much standard these days. The battery is built-in and non-replaceable. The 510 is spring-loaded and there are also multiple stickers available to customize your mod. Last but not least, it is firmware-upgradeable.
The RXmini also has dual-circuit protection, which is a brilliant new concept that Wismec started doing. The battery actually has a capacity of 2100 mAh, which is better than a lot of 18650’s!
Who’s the RXmini for?
The RXmini is for people who want a small and portable mod that still delivers a lot of power. I don’t see it replacing your main device unless you are using it at lower wattages because it will not get you through the day, otherwise this is a great companion to have with an RX200/RX300.
