SMOK TFV12 Intro

Holy fog ‘n drip tips Batman! SMOK, the crazy company that brought you the Cloud Beast is at it once again with the TFV12 Cloud Beast King.

There’s a new king in town and he’s a beast….

The TFV8, much like the original gangster TFV4, quickly set the standard for sub ohm tanks by raising the bar quite high. This also landed them a spot in the hearts of vapers everywhere. Is it possible for SMOK to outdo themselves? They’ve done it before, so why can’t they do it again?

The SMOK TFV12 is available for pre-order right now at VapeSourcing for only $32.90

And then there was… twelve!?

Smok-TFV12-coil

Leave it to SMOK to figure out how to cram twelve coils into one coilhead. When they got up to eight, we thought it was getting out of hand but a dozen coils!? Jesus Christ dude. There will be a wide range of other coil options available in addition to these crazy duodenary coil heads.

The SMOK TF-series had been known to deliver great flavor and I’m predicting that the TFV12 will only exceed that standard. The question now is by how much? The flavor on the TFV8 is the closest experience to a dripper you can get from a tank, in my opinion. If the TFV12 can top that, why bother dripping?

The Hummer of tanks

SMOK TFV12 Cloud Beast King Tank

The SMOK TFV12 has a 6mL capacity, which is good because it probably goes through more juice than a day care center. The TFV12 is heat resistant and explosion proof, whatever that means. The Cloud Beast King has a 27mm “chest” and it comes in a variety of awesome colors.

I think this tank is going to be very popular since the trends are now leaning towards quad-cell mods that are capable of above 300W. I don’t know why you would ever need such a hot vape but if you do, the Cloud Beast King can handle it. I wonder how it will compare to the iJoy EXO.

How do you think the TFV12 is going to compare to the original Cloud Beast TFV 8? Leave us a comment below and share your thoughts. Did SMOK lose their minds or are they changing the vape game, one beast at a time? I feel that Cloud Beast King is like the Hummer of subtanks.

27 mm chest, that’s not going to sit flush even on the GX350..

what is the point of these tanks with TPD … we in europe can’t have nice things anymore.
I really hope there is a way to get this
Even in Belgium now online sale is prohibited

you can still buy them on online shops. and they can’t police the entire EU

Time to get off Smok’s dick I think… The TFV4 was great for clouds, terrible for flavour. The TFV8 was better for clouds, about the same for flavour but burnt through coils like a demon. Won’t be trying this. Cleito 120 or the original Uwell Crown are the kings of flavour. If I had to choose one, I’d go for the Uwell, pure because I’ve had the occasional coil that leaks with the Cleito

The tfv8 , Imo had flavor problems. I felt the cleito 120 had a better overall flavor. Clouds, though, hands down, that ten coil beast was a monster. I can only imagine what twelve coils is like. Although, I have a feeling we are vastly approaching the limit of an extreme. I have found the 6 coil version for the tfv8 to be better for all day vaping vs the higher coil amounts. Maybe, the amount of coils is strictly for the shock and awe.

  • High Altitudes

SMOK products are crap. They must have a stainless steel plant somewhere they own that needs to up production. Just say NO to their garbage. TFV4 was garbage. TFV8 was garbage and the coils are crap shoots because of the high probability of bad or poorly installed coils in those 8 coil monstrosities. There’s no taste with any SMOK tanks and piss poor vapor and all they do is burn juice without much result.

You seem very passionate about this. Smok had sex with my plumber’s wife too. It’s strange that you still proceeded in buying all three models in spite of your unyielding hatred of them (clearly NObody would condemn a product with such certainty without first using it on a consistent trial basis). Declaring false things without first verifying them is the job for only one man.

I’ve been using the TFV8 for almost a year now. I’ve had no issues with the coils. And they also last longer than any other coil I’ve dealt with. Each one has lasted me around three months (still on my first 5-pack). How many poorly installed coils did you get?

I see alot of comments ripping the TFV range for flavor…. well…. have you ever thought of getting the RBA and putting your own coils and cotton in?
Personally I think the TFV range is an awesome design. The hinge cap design is perfect for on the go refilling. You can literally refill these things whilst walking.
Also another thing to note, although Smok have primarily designed these for prebuilt coilheads (for revenue purposes) they are still really good with the RBA. I’ve built on these tanks with my own nichrome claptons for ages and the RBA never fails to wick efficiently without leaking. If you’re a pre-built coil whore and can’t be bothered to build yourself then sure go for something like the Cleito 120, but if you prefer the option and have the time to build and experiment, these tanks are the bomb.
