In 2023, Elf Bar changed the brand name on products sold
in the United States to EBDESIGN. The rebranding was prompted by a federal judge ordering the company to stop using the ELFBAR name amid an ongoing trademark
dispute. Product model numbers remained the same, as did the devices'
appearance.
Another transition occurred later in the year. Due to import
issues, the company quickly pivoted to “EBCREATE,” which is how it’s still
recognized in the US market today. However, the brand is still widely sold
under the Elf Bar name in most other markets worldwide.
Beware of ELFBAR-branded products still being sold in US stores. They could be fake (or counterfeit) Elf Bars.
Elf Bar is a very popular vape brand renowned for their disposable vapes. In particular, the BC series of disposables. Although Elf Bar, as a brand, makes dozens of disposables, each with its own flavor menu, the BC5000 series and BC Pro 40K have garnered the most praise.
In that regard, a lot of times when you hear the term "Elf Bar," someone is speaking specifically about the BC series as opposed to the Elf Bar CR series. And even within that BC series, it's most likely the BC5000 instead of the BC5000 Ultra, unless specified.
The Elf Bar BC5000 and EBCREATE BC Pro 40K are disposable vapes with USB-C recharging. They feature 650 mAh and 1000 mAh batteries, respectively, and deliver a tight, flavorful MTL draw. There is a deep menu of flavors, so we've compiled a list based on retail sales and what we found to be best to our own tastes.
With the help of our affiliate retail partners, sales data on the best-selling Elf Bar flavors was shared with us. These partners represent the most prominent and well-stocked retailers in the vape industry.
Elf Bar sells lots of flavors! Because we're in a unique position to be able to try flavors without always having to pay, we have nothing to risk when trying a new flavor. Because of that, our favorites may not line up with best sellers.
The Elf Bar BC5000 is legendary. Some consider it to be one of the most influential disposables ever released. It’s simple, reliable, and flavorful. Even in 2026, it’s an incredibly satisfying vape, backed by an impressive arsenal of flavors. However, compared with the modern market, it falls short in many ways. The 650 mAh battery, 5K-puff rating, and lack of a display are clear indicators of a bygone era.
The EBCREATE BC Pro 40K builds on the BC5000’s solid foundation and modernizes it in nearly every way. It offers a significantly larger battery (1000 mAh), and the puff count has been boosted to 40K. And that’s just the start. Other enhancements include adjustable airflow, a visible e-liquid reservoir, , and an informative display. It also introduced EBCREATE’s CyberTech Autofill technology, which mechanically releases e-liquid as needed. This feature was designed to prevent leaking and dry hits and maximize coil life.
Many users still prefer the classic style and flavor lineup of the BC5000, but the BC Pro 40K is undoubtedly more advanced. And considering the price-to-puff-count ratio, it’s surprisingly more cost-effective.
Yes, Elf Bar flavors vary by model, but you may find some repeats.
For example, the flavor menus differ among the BC5000, BC Pro 40K, and CR5000, though you can find a blue razz flavor in many of their models. On the other hand, the Elf Bar banana milk flavor is only in the T600 and the Elf Bar 2500/3600. If you want cranberry soda, you'll need the Lost Mary OS5000 by Elf Bar.
Another thing to consider is that different models perform differently from one another, and even within a given line. For example, the BC line vapes differently from the CR series, but there are also differences within the BC series itself. The BC Pro 40K performs differently from the BC5000, and they also have different flavor menus. With that in mind, the exact same flavor may taste different since the technology between models varies.
Each Elf Bar is unique, with different form factors, atomization systems, airflow, and battery configurations. Depending on the device in question, flavors sometimes won't carry the same appeal across systems and settings. The same liquid in one device may not shine the same as in another, even if both are made by the same manufacturer.
Lastly, some flavors will undoubtedly be discontinued. With a product line as extensive as Elf Bar and EBCREATE, it would be impossible to continue producing large quantities of flavors no one is buying. This also might explain why blue razz ice is a flavor in most of their models. It sells well, so it’s likely to stay available no matter what they make.
You can find a wide variety of Elf Bar flavors in various retail locations, from C-stores to gas stations and of course smoke and vape shops. However, stock of a particular flavor will depend on the locale and the old adage of supply and demand. If you're in a location where vapers prefer candy flavors, it might not be fruitful to drive around looking for the tobacco flavor.
Of course, the internet will always be your best option for a wide variety of choices. You can search for a specific flavor along with the term "elf bar" or "ebcreate" to see what's available online. However, if you can't find it on a reputable website, it's pretty safe to assume you won't find it at any physical shop near you.
Yes. As to what Elf Bar devices and flavors you can get, it depends, unfortunately, on the laws of your land. If you live in an area subject to TPD compliance, you won't have access to 50 mg/mL devices that hold large quantities of e-liquid. Conversely, there are Elf Bar devices only intended for locations under heavy restrictions, and those are not going to be readily available in the States.
Recharging an Elf Bar or EBCREATE disposable is as simple as recharging any small electronic device with a USB-C charge port. Plug one end of the USB-C cable into the Elf Bar, and the other into a power source suitable for charging other small electronics.
That said, Elf Bar does not include a USB-C charging cord in their kits. If you don't own one, you can find one at your nearest gas station or even at a corner drugstore. Make sure to get a USB-C and not a micro-USB cable.
When your Elf Bar stops producing vapor, or the hit starts to feel weak, you will need to recharge the battery. Another way to tell if the battery needs recharging is to check the indicator light or display. On devices like the BC5000, the light will blink when the battery is depleted, though it is sometimes hard to see since it's on the bottom of the device. Newer devices like the EBCREATE BC Pro 40K use a screen to display battery status more clearly.
When charging an Elf Bar, the battery light will either turn off or remain solid once the device is fully charged. Or, in the case of the EBCREATE BC Pro 40K, the display will show 99%. It will take approximately 30-60 minutes to charge your Elf Bar, depending on the size of its battery. The Elf Bars and EBCREATE devices with the highest mAh ratings take the longest to charge, while older devices with smaller batteries charge much faster.
Disposable vapes like Elf Bars contain lithium-ion batteries, electronics, and plastic. Because of this, they should not be treated like ordinary household trash. Improper disposal can create fire risks and contribute to electronic waste.
There are several ways to recycle disposable vapes like Elf Bars:
Many communities accept lithium battery devices through hazardous waste programs, and some vape retailers offer take-back or recycling services. Call ahead before making a trip, as acceptance policies will vary.
You can also check with your local waste management authority, HHW facility, or resources such as Earth911 and Call2Recycle to find drop-off locations. Disposable vapes contain both nicotine residue and lithium batteries, so they are usually unsuitable for standard recycling programs.
While it may be more convenient to toss an empty Elf Bar in the trash, recycling is much safer and more environmentally responsible.
