Elf Bar is changing the brand name on its products sold in the United States to EBDESIGN after a federal judge ordered the company to stop using the ELFBAR name until a trademark dispute is decided.
EBDESIGN-branded products will arrive in the U.S. soon after March 10. Product model numbers will remain the same, as will the appearance of the devices. Model numbers will be more prominent on the devices and packaging, and the brand name will be smaller.
Beware of ELFBAR-branded products still being sold in stores. They could be fake (or counterfeit) Elf Bars.
Biggest Elf Bars in the U.S. & worldwide
In the U.S., the biggest Elf Bars in terms of puff counts are the following:
- TE6000 (6000 puffs)
- BC5000 (5000 puffs)
- BC5000 Ultra (5000 puffs)
- LB5000 (5000 puffs)
- CR5000 (5000 puffs)
- Elf Bar 5000 (5000 puffs)
- TE5000 (5000 puffs)
A 6000 puff count is the most you can find in the Elf Bar line. The 6000 puffs should last a heavy vaper for up to a couple of weeks of usage. Casual vapers could stretch this to two or even more months of occassional use.
Biggest Elf Bars in the UK & EU
In the UK and EU, there is the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) regulation, which limits the amount of e-juice in a vape/e-cigarette to 2 mL.
Therefore, the maximum size Elf Bar you can purchase is the Elf Bar 600. The Elf Bar 600 features 600 puffs and does not have a rechargeable battery.

A recent TikTok video, which has since been removed, showed a man vaping a giant Elf Bar. We’ve managed to find the video, which can be seen here. Of course, this led to vapers wanting to purchase an Elf Bar of this size, despite this clearly being a joke.
An Elf Bar of this size cannot be purchased anywhere! The device you see in the video was made as a joke. The largest Elf Bar is the TE6000 (in the U.S.), which has 6000 puffs. Elf Bar will unlikely bring out anything larger, given this device will already last heavy vapers for up to a couple of weeks.
