Check the details

Savage has been a well-established e-liquid maker for quite some time now. Their goal is to offer some of the most delicious CBD vape juice flavors available. Savage CBD took me by surprise about a year ago when I first tried some of their flavors. I just couldn’t get enough of one of them called Passion, which is a candy and watermelon e-liquid. I've also tried flavors from their Ripe line (with nicotine) which were very sweet and fruity.

Savage offers five intriguing flavors and a flavorless additive that can be vaped straight or mixed in with your favorite e-liquids. They are labeled as non-GMO, pesticide free and THC-free which is confirmed by independent lab testing. In other words, it contains CBD isolate, meaning you still can experience all of the benefits and effects of CBD without having to worry about getting high from vaping it. Savage also offers other CBD products including CBD gummies, full spectrum CBD oil tinctures, CBD softgels and a few additional fruit blends from their Ripe CBD collection.

Strengths: 250 mg, 500 mg and 1000 mg CBD

Savage CBD vape juice

Savage CBD vape juice comes in attractive black cardboard boxes with their signature lady logo on it. The bottles are also blacked out with highlighted colors, based on flavor. They each have the Savage lady featured on them which has an elegant minimalist look that I like. Savage CBD is currently available in 30 mL dropper bottles containing either 250, 500 or 1000 mg CBD concentrations. The droppers have mL references on them making it easy to calculate your CBD dosage for vaping and sublingual usage.

On their website, Savage boasts a high standard when it comes to production. Their CBD isolate utilizes CO2 extraction, which is a solvent-free process of extracting cannabidiol from hemp plants. I like how they show lab tests for both the isolate and each e-liquid concentration and flavor. They also provide a QR code right on the bottle that links to the lab results. I can see this becoming the new standard that CBD vape juice manufacturers should adhere to. Find out more about why third-party lab testing is so important and everything else you need to know about vaping CBD oil in our full guide.

I only received three flavors from their line, so I can give you my thoughts on them and describe the rest based on information I have gathered from the Savage CBD website.

Passion

This was the flavor that originally got my attention about a year ago. It comes in a black and pink bottle and tastes like candy and watermelons. That's the best way I can describe it, but there is a slight tanginess to it. Not quite sour, and not too sweet. It's a well balanced flavor that has some depth to it. The watermelon plays well with the candy flavor. It also happens to work together nicely with the CBD isolate, which doesn't have much of a taste, but can be a bit on the earthy side especially when vaped in higher concentrations. If you're into pink candy and watermelon flavors, you will probably enjoy Passion as much as I do. It is currently my favorite out of the entire Savage CBD line.

Tranquil

Tranquil is clearly designed for tropical lovers. It combines coconut, mango and blood orange to create an exotic blend of fruits. If you're a fan of exotic flavors then you'll probably also enjoy this one. It vapes smoothly and you can taste the oranges up front with the coconut and mango working together in the background. It has a very realistic taste that's more like a real fresh smoothie than a candy flavor. If you're looking for something fruity, tropical, and fresh, Tranquil is probably your best bet. I used this flavor in a pod vape and it reminded me of vaping a mango JUUL pod but without the nicotine.

Driven

I thought Driven was going to be a generic blue raspberry flavor because of its blue bottle, but man was I wrong. It actually tastes like straight up blueberry with a hint of sour candy. The sour notes give it a bit of "razzmatazz". I am not even sure if this flavor even qualifies as a blue razz, but if you're into blueberries and sour candy flavors, it's worth a shot. I have to give credit to Savage for achieving a realistic blueberry flavor that pops. I happened to like the other two flavors a bit more than this one (especially Passion) but with that said, Driven is still a well executed flavor for fans of blueberry.

Hustle

This is their only flavor that dips into the dessert category. It is described as freshly baked cookies covered in fresh raspberries and frosting. It sounds very appealing, but I have yet to try a cookie flavor that actually blows me away. I am skeptical, but at the same time, I have faith in their ability to craft accurate flavors based on the ones I tried.

Serene

Serene is supposed to be a sour apple flavor. It combines red and green apples with notes of sour candy. I have a feeling it would be similar to Green Koi, but with more of an emphasis on the apple part. If you're into sour apples, then check out this flavor.

Vape Shot

Vape Shot is just an unflavored version of their CBD vape juice. From my experience, they usually tend to be a bit sweet, but not noticeable when mixed with e-juice. This flavor is suitable for vaping by itself, but is designed to be blended with your favorites. This is a great way of creating your own all day CBD vapes using your existing e-liquds.

Verdict

Savage as only been in the CBD game for a few years now, but they sure are killing it. Passion is a must-try for anybody who likes pink candy and watermelon. Tranquil was my second favorite because it has a natural and tropical taste. Driven was decent, but happens to be my least favorite of the three. At the end of the day, the effects were there. When I woke up one day with an annoying pain in my back, I just loaded up some Savage (500 mg strength) in my RDA, and let 'er rip! The pain subsided after a few puffs.

All in all, their flavors really pop, without being any sweeter than they need to be. It even tastes pretty good when taken orally. This is another example of a CBD company doing something right. They provide well-mixed flavors and high quality vape juice, with strict quality control standards. What do you think about Savage CBD? Leave a comment.
