Hold me closer tiny Kroma
The Innokin Kroma Vape System is a complete vaping kit that attempts to blend compact size and no-compromise vaping. The kit comes with a box mod with an internal battery and a low-profile 2.0-milliliter tank. When you put it all together, the size of the Kroma Vape System is remarkably small. It can be hidden by the palm of most people’s hands. As for its features, it brings a lot to the table and should satisfy most vapers.
[The Elton John classic “Hold Me Closer, Tony Danza” inspired the title for this section.]

Small size, smart design
The design of the Kroma Vape System is sharp. It manages to be compact and practical at the same time. The body of the box mod has a textured grip that offers a secure feel. The SlipStream tank sits partially inside the mod, adding to the system’s low profile. Should you want to use the mod with another atomizer, an adapter is included.
In terms of features, the Kroma Vape System checks off most of the boxes today’s vapers want. It has a solid wattage range and temperature control for most common coil metals. A 75-watt power limit is reasonable for a 2000mAh battery. The battery wouldn’t last very long vaping at 150 watts or higher. The kit is powered by Innokin’s Aethon chipset. While I haven’t use an Aetheon-powered product before, Innokin claims that the chip is accurate, fast, and energy efficient.
The mod’s battery supports 2.0-amp charging, allowing for fast recharges. If you happen to be running low and need to vape, the Kroma Vape System supports passthrough vaping. Being able to simultaneously vape and charge at the same time is a feature many vapers enjoy, but many mods lack. It’s nice to see Innokin include it in this kit.
As for the SlipStream tank, Innokin hasn’t released details on it or photos of its internals. The small 2.0-milliliter capacity makes sense for a diminutive kit, while also making it TPD compliant for European Union customers.
The Innokin Kroma Vape System looks like a solid kit for beginning to intermediate vapers. It’s also a compelling choice for advanced vapers that want a backup device or something for stealth vaping. It appears to be a great kit with a good feature set and an undeniably adorable size. Now that you know more about it, kindly share your thoughts on the Kroma Vape System and vote in the poll below.
