Product intro and specs
The Lost Mary Ultrasonic 35K is an exciting new disposable that sets a new standard for vaping.
By combining ultrasonic atomization with dual mesh coils, Lost Mary may've stumbled onto the missing link—or maybe even the holy grail—of vaping systems and flavor production. Heat and sound waves produce vapor from the Ultrasonic 35K. The result is so good, you wouldn’t believe me even if I could describe it.
Granted, ultrasonic atomization isn’t totally new—I first reviewed it back in 2019. The tech of the Usonicig Zip showed promise, but the vapor was too cool, too thin, and lacked punch. The Ultrasonic 35K fixes that by pairing it with dual mesh. All the upsides; no tradeoffs.
The device holds 20 mL of 5% nic salt e-liquid, split between a main mesh tank and three smaller ultrasonic flavor tanks you can select with the turn of a flavor wheel—mesh for body, add ultrasonic for enhancements like tart and sweetness. The sound waves work to break liquid into finer particles, producing vapor that’s more concentrated, moist, and satisfying.
The best part is that the Lost Mary Ultrasonic 35K is still as simple to use as any disposable—you don’t need to know anything about ultrasonic atomization to enjoy it. Just pick it up and vape. It’ll vape like others. Though, you’ll quickly realize it’s way better than others. That said, no device is perfect. The Ultrasonic 35K isn’t flawless, but when it comes to the actual vape experience, I think it’s currently untouchable.

Size, look, and feel
The Ultrasonic 35K is a minimalist design. It’s got a tall and rounded box shape, featuring a chromatic satin finish. It measures 52 mm x 28.2 mm x 100.9 mm and is understated compared to the performance it delivers.
The bite-friendly mouthpiece is very comfortable, with a soft exterior and rigid interior. The size, shape, and finish make the mouthpiece just feel right! But since the device is slightly on the bigger side, and the mouthpiece is somewhat smaller than other mouthpieces, it’s not quite the disposable to vape hands-free. That said, it’s still pocketable and it’s a pleasant device to hold in the hand.
The Spin to Enhance wheel is what first stood out to me, then I saw the liquid window. I love seeing those on disposables. You can see the actual liquid levels, though there is an LED indicator for that and the battery, too. Overall, the Ultrasonic 35K is well made, though there have been a couple issues with the build quality and design (including that liquid window), which I will discuss in the following sections.
Getting started
Out of the box, the Ultrasonic 35K is simple: inhale-to-activate with a quick and responsive auto-draw. Just the slightest draw will activate it. Mine were set to Boost mode and the regular dual mesh tank, indicated by the single dot on the wheel.
Power modes are controlled by a slider on the bottom: Normal (35K puffs,) Boost (20K puffs,) and Off.
To engage the ultrasonic flavor tanks, twist the barrel and line it up with the arrow. The wheel is stiff—you may need to dig your nail into a ridge to move it. Each turn rotates which tanks are atomizing: the main dual mesh tank for body, or the main tank plus one of the smaller ultrasonic tanks for enhancements (tart, sweet) or alternate flavors (like Ice Mint). Note: there are a total of three ultrasonic tanks: two enhanced tanks, and one tart tank.
The device holds 20 mL of liquid split across a main mesh tank and ultrasonic flavor tanks. The LED indicator seems to track the main tank, not the flavor tanks. And since the mesh is always active, that is the most important tank to check the liquid levels on.
The liquid window helps, but with multiple tanks, you end up with only a general idea of what’s left. When you peer inside, you can still see liquid rising and falling, but it’s quite difficult to tell which tank you’re really seeing. Tilting it under good light is the only reliable way to check, as you’ll see the bubble rise and fall.
Twisting the flavor wheel rotates between three options: base, enhanced, and tart. Ice Mint is the exception, offering four actual flavors (ice mint, menthol, polar mint, and Miami Mint), though they all feel like variations of Miami Mint.
Lastly, the rubberized wheel has had some of its paint and lettering rub off from my repeated twists. Without those labels, it’s hard to know where you have it set, though the flavor most likely will tell you.
How does it hit?
The Ultrasonic 35K hits better than any device I’ve ever used. So much flavor without a single drop of spit back. I love taking hits from these devices! Whether in Boost or Normal mode, enhanced or just regular mesh, the Ultrasonic 35K has a loose MTL draw. I think Boost mode has a slightly looser MTL than the Normal mode, but it’s hard to say definitively.
The most important thing is that the vape itself what stands out—it's just remarkable. You get the depth of flavor from the mesh, while the ultrasonic atomization seems to sharpen it into focus. I say “seems” because the flavor wheel already has enhanced flavors, so that skews how I perceive the performance of the ultrasonic atomization—though I swear it’s a better vape, not just because it’s gotten sweeter.
The flavor is so dense and clean, it tricks you into expecting bigger clouds. Think of the Ultrasonic 35K like a sub-ohm tank amount of flavor in a pocket MTL device—that’s the closest comparison I can make, though I’d still argue that a tank can’t produce as much flavor as the Ultrasonic 35K can.
The only real issue I’ve run into was one nasty dry hit after leaving a device on the charger all day. It was brutal. Fifteen minutes later, though, the device was back to normal. That blew my mind in and of itself. Disposables don’t normally come back from bad hits like that.
That issue happened, I think, because the tank was lying flat all day and, on the charger. Maybe the ultrasonic plate lost contact with the liquid? To make matters worse, I took a rip soon as it came off the charger. I advise you to let it sit a moment after long charges and maybe switch to Normal mode. Luckily it was only one bad hit during a week of non-stop vaping, and many charges.
Lost Mary Ultrasonic 35K best flavors
The flavors available for the Ultrasonic 35K are ten curated options of the most requested Lost Mary flavors. At first, I was a little letdown. I wanted new flavors and more creativity. Not the same ol’ Blue Razz! Although these are technically the same flavors as before, they’ve never tasted this good. The only flavor I don’t care for is sour apple. The rest are all stars. These are my five favorites:
Juicy Peach Ice: Like biting into a cold and sweet peach. It has all the aroma and flavor of peach candy, with a strong natural flavor. Try it Boosted, Enhanced or Tart. Get ready to have your mind blown.
White Fcuking FAB: The clarity of flavor is so strong, it’s like you can see colors when you take a hit. The flavor keeps unfolding the more you use it, tasting like some kind of fruit/candy mash up. A beautiful flavor. Maybe the most vibrant flavor of the whole bunch. Try it in Boost/Enhanced, though Tart is good too.
Watermelon Ice: So you think watermelon is a weak flavor in vapes? This is like a frosted IMAX version of watermelon flavor. Boost/Enhanced is the way to go.
Strazz: Strawberry and raspberry blended into a well-rounded experience. It’s bright and candy-like but with a deeper berry finish that lingers. Go Boosted/Tart. Though, Enhanced is always good.
Pink lemonade: Tangy, sweet, and refreshing. Very accurate tasting. I like this best in Boost/Tart.
How long does it last?
Charging is fairly quick, taking about 45 minutes for a full charge and 30 minutes to reach ~75%. The device also has pass-thru charging, which allows you to start hitting it almost immediately after plugging it in.
The 800 mAh battery has been working like a champ. On a full charge, I can get about a day and a half of vaping. With 20 mL of juice, you’ll recharge multiple times before running out of liquid. After 1.5 charge cycles, I didn't even lose a bar on the indicator. Though, by the second charge, you’ll see the indicator lights start to go out. Just be careful! Even after the LED indicator shows your device is empty, it won’t be. You will still be able to see liquid inside, but that doesn’t mean you should vape it.
The issue is that it’s difficult to know which tank you see that still has liquid. There’s such a tight space to look into, and the transparent tanks are all around each other. When you tilt it to see if there’s liquid left, the enhanced liquids are likely going to fool you into thinking there’s still liquid in the main tank.
I recommend taking the advice of the LED indicator or at least waiting for the first subpar hit before tossing it. Don’t forget, the dual mesh tank is the main tank. If it’s empty, the dual mesh will be firing without liquid.

Verdict
The Lost Mary Ultrasonic 35K blew my mind. By pairing ultrasonic atomization with a dual mesh coil, Lost Mary took an old idea and brought it into the future. It truly is a vape industry first—heat and sound waves vaporizing e-liquid to create a vape that feels familiar, only more satisfying, flavorful, and moist.
Of course, there’s a chance that “enhanced” really just means more sweetener, and maybe that’s what, along with tart, makes the flavors pop. It’s tough to give a perfect apples-to-apples comparison since the ultrasonic tanks only engage with the additives.
And there are quirks worth mentioning. The flavor wheel is stiff, the enhancement tanks can mislead you about how much liquid is left, and the paint and lettering on the wheel rubs off too easily.
But honestly? None of that changes what matters most—the flavor. The Ultrasonic 35K delivers such clean and vivid flavor, you’re going to have to try one to understand.
