Product intro and specs
The NEXA ULTRA 50000 is a compact disposable vape with a voluminous liquid capacity and unique design. What sets the ULTRA 50000 apart from its competitors is its ability to fully vaporize all of its liquid. Normally, there’s going to be several milliliters of liquid left in the wicking material that can’t be vaped without a dry hit. The ULTRA 50000 solves that issue. In this review, we’ll explain how NEXA achieves that.
Other notable features of the NEXA 50000 are an 800 mAh quick-charge USB-C battery, a 3D-curved screen, 2x power modes, and a dual mesh coil. Boasting a 5k puff rating, the NEXA ULTRA contains a transparent and attachable tank that holds 20 mL eliquid at 5% nicotine. There are a total of 15 flavors to choose from, with more slated for release.
For all the newfangled disposables coming out right now with flavor, ice, and even nicotine adjustability, the NEXA ULTRA 50000 is trying to get the most important things right. Let’s see how well it achieves that.

Size, look, and feel
The NEXA ULTRA 50000 is a compact and grip-friendly design. It's got a rounded body that simply feels good in the hand.
It’s made of PC/PCTG and has a glossy exterior. It features a two-toned design of black and another metallic color, suggestive of the flavor. The flavor tank (which I’ll discuss in the next section) is completely transparent with graduation marks, so you can get a clear estimation of how much liquid you have left. For all the disposables out that have so-called smart screens for monitoring your juice levels, we all know that they’re just approximations. With the ULTRA 50000, you can see for yourself exactly how much you have left.
The mouthpiece of the ULTRA 50000 is flat and rounded, making it comfortable to take a draw from. Altogether, the design of the device is pleasant to hold and use.
The aesthetics of the ULTRA 50000 are mature, but there is a light display that activates when you take a hit. It reminds me of the Geek Bar Pulse X, though the graphics are different. The ULTRA 50000 graphics are displayed on the black panel, and they blink and flitter with techy-looking circuits and computer chips. The lights are clearly visible, but they’re not obnoxiously bright. All in all, I’d say it’s tastefully executed, though it's still something to be aware of (should you not care for such “features”).
Getting started
Normally, this is where I say something like, “getting started with ______ is just as easy as any other disposable.” But getting started with the NEXA ULTRA 50000 threw me for a loop. Let me explain.
The special feature of the ULTRA 50000 is that it’s essentially a two-part design meant to allow the entire 20 mL to be vaped. There’s the main power device and a pre-filled 20 mL transparent eliquid tank. At first, I thought it was like the Off-Stamp in that you only need to buy replacement tanks/pods, but that’s not it. The whole device is disposable once the tank gets attached.
The thing that confused me was how to attach the tank. The instructions are a little less than clear. Here’s what you need to know:
When you remove the tank from the box and obvious packaging, there’s some plastic and foil covering the connector of the tank, as well as an O-ring. Don’t remove any of that. That section gets punctured and acts as a seal to keep liquid in once the tank connects to the battery. I think you can remove the plastic from over the foil, but not the foil.
To connect the tank to the power device, press it in with the flat part of the tank down. It seems like it should slide in from the top down, but just press it together where the wick spike (male end) penetrates the tank. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, then it’s ready to vape. All this will make sense when you have one in your hand.
The point of this design is that there’s no filler material to hold trapped eliquid hostage. That means you can vape the full tank. It’s a very clever design!
Other than connecting the tank, everything else is standard fare. There’s adjustable airflow on the bottom by way of a slider-switch, and a button sitting underneath the USB-C port (that sits below the tank) for adjusting the two power levels (normal/50k puffs and turbo/30K puffs). The black 3D-curved screen displays the power setting and the battery percentage remaining.
How does it hit?
The NEXA ULTRA 50000 hits like a dream. It achieves a decent MTL all the way up to a restricted lung hit. The dual mesh coil hits quickly and with robust vapor production. I’ve had zero issues with anything regarding the draw. No gurgling, juice in the mouth, leaking, or dry hits. I’d say the hit is close to perfect.
The way I like to use mine is either with the airflow closed all the way down for MTL in normal mode, or with the airflow fully open in turbo mode. You can adjust to suit your preferences, but these are the easiest and most fulfilling ways for me.
NEXA ULTRA 50000 best flavors
The flavors I tried are good, but I haven’t tried many. I’ve only tried four flavors, and one (sour apple ice) is one that I have never liked from any manufacturer. The other three are well-made and clear-tasting. I think the lack of wicking material (which is present in most other disposables) allows for the ULTRA 50000 to provide a cleaner-tasting flavor.
Having said all that, the ULTRA 50000 has a slightly subdued flavor output. It’s not muted exactly, just not a flavor monster like the OXBAR ICE-NIC Control. Depending on how you like your vapes, that might be a good thing. For me, it’s not good or bad, just how the ULTRA 50000 is.
Blueberry watermelon: A light-tasting blueberry with a hint of watermelon to add some pizzazz. It’s a flavor I go to when other vapes taste a bit obnoxious.
White gummy ice: An accurate rendition of the white gummy bears with notes of sour and pineapple. The ice is moderate.
B-Pop: My favorite of the bunch. A seductively sweet and almost creamy grape with a slight bit of ice.
How long does it last?
The ULTRA 50000 lasts a bit longer than other disposables with two power modes and an 800 mAh battery. I was able to get a couple of days of vaping before needing to charge the battery. As for the liquid consumption, it’s refreshing to see how much actual liquid is being used. Unfortunately, the graduation marks aren’t labeled, so all I can say is that after depleting the battery for the first time, the liquid is down to the first mark. From just an eyeball reading, it appears as if I used about 1/3 of the tank, but I used both power modes.
Even though I have been using both power modes, I still don’t see how 50k (or 30K) puffs will ever be achieved unless you take super short puffs—one of these days, I’d like to see a puff counter on a disposable.
As for the charging, the ULTRA 50000 takes 80 minutes to charge. But... despite the below-average time to complete the charge, the ULTRA 50000 has a super-efficient quick (but partial) charge. This is going to seem unbelievable, but it is true: I got 110 (legit) puffs out of a 30-second charge from a completely depleted battery. I conducted the experiment twice! YMMV, of course.
Power adapter used: 5 V/2.1A

Verdict
I really enjoy the NEXA ULTRA 50000. It’s the first 50k puff rating for a disposable, despite 50k puffs being (probably) not possible. Still, it’s an impressive tank capacity with the added benefit that the total 20 mL of eliquid can be vaped without a dry hit.
There’s a lot I love about the ULTRA 50000. The ability to get a legit MTL all the way to a restricted lung hit is nice. Also, the extended vaping time with only a short charge is amazing... almost unbelievable. 110 puffs for 30 seconds on the charger!
Although the flavors are light, they taste clean and accurate. I wish I could’ve sampled more of the flavors on the menu, but what I’ve tried, I’ve been pleased with (besides sour apple ice). Overall, I love the device and the performance. There really isn’t much I don’t like about it besides the minor issue with the instruction manual needing to be better. Hopefully, the insight I shared about connecting the two parts will help you.
Recommended with confidence.
