Product intro and specs
The Lost Mary VIZ is a stunning new disposable vape with a 55K-puff rating and a design that truly deserves the adjective “sleek.” I’ll get to that shortly. The VIZ features a 360° visible e-liquid tank and a light show that looks like something from the movie Avatar. It incorporates industry-standard USB-C charging, an 850 mAh battery, and 50 mg/mL nic salt. Also new is what Lost Mary calls “Super Boost Taste,” which is more akin to an additional power mode (like Eco/Boost) than to a flavor-enhancing tank.
What I like most about the VIZ, aside from its vape quality, is the body design. That’s why I called it sleek—a word I frankly dislike, but it’s appropriate here. The VIZ has a glossy exterior, accented by subtle linear indentations resembling a car’s body lines. They add visual interest and a tactile quality that many uniform devices lack.
My hands like the VIZ. Let’s see about the rest.

Size, look, and feel
The Lost Mary VIZ is compact and appropriately sized for an 850 mAh battery. In other words, it’s comparable to other devices on the market. As mentioned, the device’s form features linear indentations and a variety of planes, making it feel more compact than it actually is. It’s not tiny, but it doesn’t feel at all like an imposition in my hand or pocket.
Like many modern disposables, the VIZ features a fully visible e-liquid level. What makes it unique is that it’s not a separate tank. The glossy outer shell is transparent, allowing the e-liquid to be seen throughout the entire device. It’s no more functional than any other visible-tank design, but it looks very cool.
The mouthpiece is also notable. It’s a rounded, whistle-tip-style mouthpiece that tapers toward the opening. It’s so well-designed and ergonomic that I thought it was the soft, bite-friendly style. It’s not.
The last noteworthy thing is the light show that illuminates 360° inside the device. The pulsating blue-and-green LED patterns look like something alien. I’ll always prefer no lights, but these aren’t obnoxious or super bright in real life.
Getting started
The VIZ is draw-activated, so there’s not much to learn. Charge it with USB-C, check your e-liquid level through the transparent tank, and vape.
At the bottom of the device is a power switch you need to toggle to begin vaping. When you slide the switch, the first setting after “off” is regular mode, and the next is Boost.
Regular: MTL draw; up to 55K puffs
Boost: Loose MTL draw; up to 30K puffs
To check the VIZ’s battery status, either take a puff or slide the switch to activate the display. You’ll find the battery indicator (and power mode) near the bottom of the screen.
How does it hit?
The VIZ has a nice MTL draw that can move into loose MTL territory with the power mode switch. What I like most is that there’s actual resistance to the pull when you take an aggressive puff. You feel like you’re retrieving the vapor from the device, not just putting your lips on it and having vapor shoot into your mouth. Although after typing that, I tried it with a super light hit, and it still produced a satisfying puff. Whether you take a light or aggressive puff, the Lost Mary VIZ will perform as if tuned to the force of your inhale.
Flavor-wise, the VIZ is solid. It’s rich, sweet, and full without feeling overdone. Lost Mary’s “Super Boost Taste” seems to deliver a stronger initial burst that then tapers off after a couple of seconds. Maybe it is more of a burst technology than simply an extra power mode. Lost Mary is touting “triple-layer atomization” that hits quickly and fully; however, there isn’t enough info for me to comment on the coil tech beyond its performance.
Lost Mary VIZ best flavors
The VIZ flavors are better than good. They’re sweet, clear, and easy to vape without getting too weird or overdone. What I’m most impressed with is the particular flavors available. They’re fruits and candy types, but with enough novelty to keep you interested. These are the five I like the most.
Blackberry Chill: Bright, sweet, and tart blackberry flavor with an icy finish. My favorite.
Miami Mint: Smooth mint. Sweet, cold, and easy to vape.
Strawberry Watermelon: Sweet strawberry up front with a light watermelon finish. Refreshing.
White Gummy: Candy-sweet and smooth. Familiar, but still somehow distinct.
Peach Mango Watermelon: A tropical mix with peach and mango doing most of the work. Something familiar but with a twist. Light cooling.
How long does it last?
The VIZ 55K offers fast charging and reportedly delivers 35% more puffs than comparable disposables. The fast charging is easy to account for. It is fast, charging fully in approximately 40 minutes. Even with a completely drained battery, a second or two on the charger gives you enough time for a puff in pass-thru mode or for a vape break at work. Once on the charger, you’ll see the battery meter flashing and filling back up. I do wish there was a percentage readout, but with fast charging, it’s less of an issue (not a real con).
As for the 35% greater puff capacity, that’s going to be a subjective experience. It’d be nice if vape companies let us know what time limit their puff machines are set to. Or even better, just put a puff counter in the disposables so we can see for ourselves what the puff count really is.

Verdict
I like the Lost Mary VIZ a lot. I like the flavors, the MTL-to-loose-MTL draw, and the overall experience. It has that nice bit of resistance when you pull, giving it a more old-school MTL feel than many modern disposables. And the flavor performance is great.
What I still love most is the body. That’s the thing that separates the VIZ for me. With so many disposables now, the difference between one good device and another can be a matter of splitting hairs. The flavor is good here; the battery is good; the puff count is high. Fine. A lot of devices tout that. But the VIZ makes the body design feel like a real feature.
The 360° juice window is cool to look at, especially because you can see the liquid distributed throughout the device rather than sitting in a separate little tank. But the body itself, being such a pleasure to hold, feels like more of a functional upgrade to me. I haven’t once misplaced a VIZ, likely because I prefer it in my hand.
