UWELL Nunchaku intro
The Uwell Nunchaku is the first mod made by Uwell, a company most famous for the Crown sub ohm tank. From the looks of it, UWELL has given the Nunchaku the same type of high-quality manufacturing their tanks are known for.
Drawing a reference from "nunchuck" handles, UWELL's first mod is a stunning tube design with a TC suite. This kind of mod has been neglected for quite some time. Outside of the extremely expensive Dicodes mods which cost more than $200, the only tube mod like this to hit the market recently has been the EHPro 101 which was released with little fanfare. Maybe Uwell can bring back the tube mod? Here's a closer look.

A first time for everything
The Nunchaku is a beautiful looking kit, available in seven different colors. Outside of stainless and black, they also have iridescent (rainbow), metallic green, black and gold, sapphire blue, and purple. Most of the colors match those of the Crown 3 tanks, but the Nunchaku is likely best suited or its own tank.
The shape of the tube bellows out in the middle, and then the platform for the 510 connection is wider as well — almost like a bowling pin. It looks like a comfortable mod to hold, albeit a tad big for small hands. The mod is listed as 27.4 mm diameter but likely that’s at the widest point. The matching tank — also called the Nunchaku — is listed at 25.2 mm wide.
An affordable tube mod with TC is something that the market has ignored
Tube mods have come a long way for sure. The 80-watt output on the Nunchaku is in line with many single 18650 battery box mods, and is sufficient for most vapers. But it remains to be seen how well the TC works with the Nunchaku tank.
Will the Nunchaku be a smash hit? From what i can see, it should be a pretty popular mod. After all, an affordable tube mod with TC is something that the market has ignored. Well, we at least hope it will be affordable. Let me know in the comments what you think about the Nunchaku.
